(1) These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to the use of the website intelli-cooking.com (hereinafter "Website" or "Platform") and all associated services offered by Eleias Medien, Tobias Leckeband, Oberstockumer Weg 34, 48301 Nottuln (hereinafter "Provider" or "we").

(2) The Website provides a free recipe database with AI-powered features such as meal planning, fridge scanning and ingredient substitution suggestions.

(3) By using our Website, you agree to these T&C. If you do not agree with individual provisions, use of the Website is not permitted.

§ 2 Description of Services

(1) IntelliCooking is a free online platform that provides the following services:

• Access to a recipe database with recipes from various countries
• Meal planner for weekly meal planning
• Shopping list generator
• AI-powered features (recipe search, fridge scan, ingredient substitution, kitchen rescue)
• Nutritional information for recipes
• User accounts with favorites function and ratings

(2) All basic features of the Website can be used free of charge. We reserve the right to offer premium features for a fee in the future. This will be announced in good time.

(3) We endeavor to keep the Website available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance work, technical faults or force majeure may lead to temporary outages.

§ 3 Registration and User Account

(2) The recipe images were created using artificial intelligence (DALL-E / OpenAI) and are the property of the Provider.

(3) Recipes as such (lists of ingredients and preparation steps) are generally not protected by copyright. However, the specific textual wording and presentation on our Website is subject to copyright.

(4) Sharing individual recipes via social media functions and printing them for private use is permitted.

§ 6 User-Generated Content

(1) Users may submit ratings and comments on recipes. By posting content, you grant us the right to publish and process this content within the scope of our Website.

(2) You warrant that your content does not infringe the rights of third parties and does not violate applicable law.

(3) We reserve the right to delete user-generated content or not to publish it without giving reasons.

§ 7 AI-Powered Features

(4) Images uploaded for the fridge scan are used only for analysis and are not stored permanently.

§ 8 Disclaimer of Liability

(1) Use of the Website is at your own risk. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the Website unless they are based on intentional or grossly negligent conduct on our part.

(2) In particular, we are not liable for:

(3) Liability for damage to life, body and health as well as liability under the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

(2) The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is, to the extent legally permissible, Münster.

(3) Should individual provisions of these T&C be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

(4) The contractual language is German.
